Refund policy
We offer an easy, no-hassle return policy within 2 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with original tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. A clear box opening video is mandatory for approval.

If our courier partners are unable to pick up the parcel from your location, the product must be shipped by the customer to the address below:

If the return shipping cost exceeds ₹99 (depending on location), the company will cover up to ₹99. Any additional amount will be deducted from the refund total. This applies only to COD orders and is not applicable to prepaid orders (except orders below ₹499).
Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following:
- Sale items
- Offer-based purchases such as BUY 1 GET 1, Buy 2 @ ₹999, or similar promotional offers
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
925 Sterling Silver Jewellery
All 925 silver jewellery is quality-checked before dispatch. Natural oxidation or tarnishing due to air exposure is normal and is not considered a defect.
Returns or replacements for 925 silver items are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective on arrival. A clear unboxing video is mandatory. Items that appear used, scratched, polished, chemically exposed, worn, or oxidized after use are not eligible for return or refund.
To maintain shine, store silver jewellery in an airtight pouch.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. For faster processing, customers may place a fresh order once the exchange request is approved.
For International Customers
Return or replacement is currently not available for international orders. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we may adjust the amount in your next purchase after mutual discussion, as international return costs are high.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
For COD orders, refund processing may take 20–25 business days.
