Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your jewellery order will reach you. We aim to make every delivery safe, fast, and hassle-free for all Femnari customers.
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our warehouse.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• During festivals or heavy sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Delivery Methods & Estimated Timelines
We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier load.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Shipping Charges: Shown at checkout based on order weight/volume.
International Shipping
Standard International: 10–20 business days after dispatch
Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination & weight.
Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders above the eligible amount (e.g., ₹499 within India, may be changed based on sale or offers).
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
You can track your package anytime using the courier partner’s tracking page.
4. Delivery Issues & Responsibility
P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete physical address.
Incorrect/Incomplete Address: If the courier returns your order due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. Share your order number and photos/video (if damaged). We will help with a quick resolution, such as replacement or refund (based on courier claim approval).
5. International Shipping Notes
Custom Duties & Taxes: All customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Customs Delay: Some countries require additional time for clearance. Femnari is not responsible for customs delays, but we will support you if any issues arise.
Min. order value for International Customers is $99 USD.
