We craft our jewellery using nickel-free and lead-free materials to minimize the risk of irritation. While our pieces are designed to be gentle for most wearers, individual skin sensitivities may vary. If you have known allergies or highly reactive skin, we recommend doing a patch test or limiting prolonged contact. Your comfort and safety always come first.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We ship from India to customers in Australia, the USA, the UK and Canada, and Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders. You can pay securely online at checkout using the payment methods shown there.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because international return shipping is very costly, we usually do not need you to send items back. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video, starting from the sealed parcel. Once we verify your claim, we will offer a replacement, store credit for the amount you paid (plus a bonus), or a refund where the law requires it.

Will the jewellery tarnish or lose its shine quickly?
With the right care, your jewellery will keep its shine for longer. Artificial jewellery can fade or change colour when it is exposed to water, sweat, perfume, lotion, chemicals or humidity. To protect it:
- Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, makeup and lotion, and take it off before bathing, swimming or exercise.
- Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
- Store each piece in an airtight pouch or box, away from moisture.
Our Anti-Tarnish range is made for longer-lasting shine, but no jewellery is completely tarnish-proof. Natural oxidation of silver-finish pieces is normal and is not a defect.
Are your designs suitable for daily wear?
Yes, many of our designs are. Lightweight pieces from our Fashion, Demi-fine, Anti-Tarnish and Oxidised collections are popular for everyday wear. Statement styles such as Kundan, Meenakari, South Indian and heavy AD sets are better for weddings, festivals and special occasions.
